Brighter Robots

About

What is Brighter Robots?

Brighter Robots is a service that helps businesses find the right robot for their operation: manufacturing shops, warehouses and restaurants.

Specialized AI agents research the options, check the vendors and run the numbers. A person approves every step.

It is not a robot maker and not a marketplace. The first step is to contact us.

What does Brighter Robots do?

Brighter Robots turns "could a robot help us?" into a shortlist, a cost view and a pilot plan. The work runs in six plain steps, each one approved by you before the next starts. See how it works.

  • A short interview about your business, your space and the work you want help with.
  • Research on real specs, prices and customer results from robot makers, so you are not relying on sales pitches.
  • A shortlist of robots that fit your space, budget and tasks, plus why the others did not make the cut.
  • Upfront cost, monthly cost and how long until it pays for itself, in plain dollars.
  • A small, low-risk pilot with written success criteria. See the robot pilot checklist.
  • If the pilot works, help with ordering, setup and training your team.

Who is it for?

Operators who have a job that a robot might do, but no robotics team to evaluate it. Three kinds of business come up most.

Why not just ask a robot vendor?

A vendor can only recommend its own robots. An integrator usually carries a few brands. Brighter Robots is vendor-neutral: the shortlist is built from the job, the space and the budget, then checked against what vendors can prove.

That also means saying no. If a robot does not fit, or if a simpler fix would do, the answer is to tell you so before you spend money.

What Brighter Robots is not

  • Not a robot manufacturer. Brighter Robots does not build or sell hardware.
  • Not a marketplace or checkout. There is no cart and no listing fee from vendors.
  • Not affiliated with Bright Machines or other similarly named companies.
  • Not a replacement for your judgment. You approve each step, and you own the decision.

How to start

  1. Describe the work

Tell us what gets moved, made, cleaned or served, how often, and where it goes wrong today. Photos or a floor scan help but are not required.

  2. Review the shortlist

You get two or three robots that fit, with the evidence behind each pick and the reasons the others were dropped.

  3. Pilot one robot

A small trial with a start date, an end date and written success criteria. Then scale, adjust or stop.

Pricing is per engagement. There is no public price list, so the honest next step is to contact us and describe the job. If you want a general method first, read how to find the right robot for your business.

Where does SiteFit fit in?

Once you shortlist a robot, open a workspace to draw your floor plan or import a room scan. Use the measurements to check aisles, doors and work areas before a pilot. See how it works.
