Brighter Robots

Restaurants

Find the right robot for your business.

Our AI agents research the options, check the vendors, and run the numbers. Faster and cheaper than a consultant, and you approve every step.

Running food and drinks, not replacing staff. These robots carry food and drinks so people stay with guests. The ones we mean are Bear Robotics Servi, including Servi Plus, and Richtech robots such as Matradee, ADAM, and Scorpion.

Servi Plus, to buy

$479 a month

RobotLAB lists Servi Plus at $13,990 to buy, or $479 a month on a 36-month term. That is RobotLAB's listing, not a Brighter Robots quote. See the Bear Robotics page and the Servi Plus listing.

Where they are built

Bear Robotics started in Redwood City, California. A July 2023 Asia Business Daily interview quotes CEO Ha Jung-woo saying serving robots were made to order at a factory in Gumi, South Korea, after the US office had suggested China. Robot Depot listings for Servi Plus also say made in South Korea. Asia Business Daily, July 2023. Robot Depot listing.

Richtech Robotics is based in Las Vegas. Its Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2025 says some components and subassemblies are made by contractors outside the United States, primarily in China, and that some final assembly and testing happens in Las Vegas. An April 16, 2025 company release says ADAM and Scorpion are assembled in Las Vegas. Form 10-K. Richtech Robotics, April 16, 2025. A headquarters city is not a factory. Where a source is silent, the catalog leaves it unknown. Only mainland China counts as Chinese-made. Taiwan and Hong Kong do not.

How it works

Six steps from "could a robot help us?" to a robot on the floor. You approve each one before we move on.

  1. 1. Tell us what you need

A short interview about your business, your space, and the work you want help with. Send photos or a floor scan if you have them. You confirm the summary before we start.

  2. 2. We research the robots

We collect real specs, prices, and customer results from robot makers, so you're not relying on sales pitches.

  3. 3. Get your best matches

A shortlist of robots that fit your space, budget, and tasks, plus why the others didn't make the cut.

  4. 4. See the costs and payback

Upfront cost, monthly cost, and how long until it pays for itself, in plain dollars.

  5. 5. Try it with a pilot

A small, low-risk trial: which robot, where, for how long, and what counts as success.

  6. 6. Roll it out

If the pilot works, we help with ordering, setup, and training your team.
